Welcome to the Dorset Team

The Dorset Team is creative community of makers, artists and small businesses from across Dorset. We started as the Etsy Team for the area (and still are the local Etsy Team) but have since expanded to include all makers and creatives in our community no matter where you sell. 

We run seasonal craft fairs throughout the year, bringing together talented local creatives to showcase their work. Our events are fun, thoughtfully curated and full of unique finds. 

As well as our fairs, we run an online community, celebrate makers and creatives through our social media posts and have a maker mailing list where we share updates and behind the scenes news.

What we Do

Craft Fairs

We run popular seasonal craft fairs throughout the year showing talented local makers and small businesses. Our fairs are known for their friendly atmosphere, quality stalls and great locations  - you will often find us in really unusual and unique locations such as the Tank Museum! 

Community 

We host an active members group where Dorset creatives can share trips, ask questions and connect with like-minded people. We also run a maker mailing list to share news from the Dorset Team community, selling oppotunities and helpful resources. 

Celebrating Local Creatives

We regularly feature our Dorset Team members on our social media sharing their stories, products and behind the scenes updates with a growing audience who love to shop small and support local. We have a popular email newsletter which goes out the the public also highlighting different makers within our community.
